Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Important: Custom-made items are excluded from exchange or return.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us –

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Return shipping is free of charge (except for rental overalls).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that was not necessary to examine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods. If you are unable to return the goods received, or only return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation accordingly. Compensation is only required if the deterioration or usage goes beyond what is necessary to test the quality and functioning of the goods—similar to what is customary in a retail store.
