Can I get a selection of two products if I'm unsure about the size?

We'd be happy to send you two items to try on. Please order one item in your desired size and write in the comments field that you'd like a second item in a second desired size to try on. Then you only have to pay for one item and simply return the one that doesn't fit. This way, you can try it on in the comfort of your own home. If you send us an email request with your height and weight, we'll be happy to advise you on the size selection. mike@hgg-reitsport.de

Can I exchange items for other sizes if they don't fit?

You can, of course, exchange the item for a different size. If you're unsure about the fit, we'd be happy to send you a second jumpsuit in a different size to try on. You can then try it on at home and return the one that doesn't fit.

Can I return goods if I don't like them?

Of course – simply return the products to us in their original condition. We would appreciate it if you could tell us the reason for the return. You will then receive a refund for the returned products. Use the enclosed form for this purpose. Please include your order number and the name used to place the order.

How does the return work?

Please return the goods properly packaged to the following address: HGG-Reitsport, A. Liebermann, Eichhofweg 3, 96450 Coburg. You can request a return label from us by phone or email. The post office charges an additional €15 delivery fee for insufficiently stamped packages. We will not accept returns without or insufficient postage.

Are there custom-made products?

Yes, we offer custom orders. This could be a specific size or color, for example. This can usually be done within three months and at no extra charge. Please email us to inquire. mike@hgg-reitsport.de

What do I do if I need repairs?

Simply send your repair to our address, and we'll repair it as quickly as possible. Please include a note with your return address, email address, and phone number in the package, along with a detailed description of the damage. Repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks.
